After 25 years of experience this inspired us to develop a highly detailed approach to equipment repair and facilities management. Who we are...
Hilltop Maintenance Services started when owner and founder Greg Butler was working for a large facilities management company and saw the need for expertise in equipment repair. Greg's experience, education and training gave him the skill set to create a combined maintenance services company and Hilltop Maintenance Services was born.

Greg has worked construction, maintenance, repair, management, and more, you name it he has done it. His experience goes back 25+ years in multiple industries. His love for old equipment and fixing the so called "obsolete" or "unrepairable" is one part that drives him to operate this business. What most people call work, Greg finds enjoyable, it doesn't matter if he's working on racecars, machines, tractors, building, or tinker toys, if he can fix it or build it he is happy.
